Technik supported VA as a subcontractor, with comprehensive general office administrative services throughout the period of performance.
Technik created and modified a variety of documents such as project plans, requirements, test and report documents, and project support materials. Support duties included tracking software licenses, records management, property custodian, move coordination, badging and area access permits, office vehicle usage logging and servicing coordination, and other administrative support. Technik staff managed logistics of remote deployment to sites which did not receive onsite implementation. We produced all installation programs, routines and documentation and arranged for all facility requirements and scheduled all on-site training, live video-conference training, and web-interactive training. We provided training for field support, operations and maintenance personnel and produced and distributed training packages to all personnel prior to training. Additionally, we provided prototypes, demonstrations, and training on the deployment and operation of advanced applications to program management executives, collaborators, users and support services providers. We developed training materials, documentation and related support to customers to facilitate the use of the developed and supported applications.
