Herndon, Va. – Technik, Inc. has been awarded a contract to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Product Development (PD) Office, Product Support (PS) Division, Admin 1 program.
Technik will provide application support to the Admin 1 team to include:
- Help desk support for administrative and management applications of VistA and Enterprise applications within the OIT, PD, and PS.
- Technik serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and monitor timelines on the Enterprise Application projects
- Release Coordination for the Enterprise and VistA products.
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the area of requirements gathering, usability, supportability, testing plans, and documentation
