Herndon, Va. – Technik, Inc. has been awarded a contract to support the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM)/Project Management & Information Technology (OPM&IT) General Support Systems (GSS). OHRM/OPM&IT is responsible for managing the contractual life cycle support for several department-wide automated Human Resource systems and processes. The GSS is comprised of several applications that support OHRM’s business needs.
Technik will provide GSS application support to OHRM, to include:
- Systems Development, Modification and Enhancement
- Technical Support
- Security and System Access
- System Development Life Cycle and Support
- Systems Documentation
- User Documentation and Training Documentation
